Only one scan with the VITUS body scanner provides all data required for creating individual sculptures, reliefs and busts. The 3D data is loaded into CAD systems and additionally processed. Works of art can be created in this fashion with artistic skill.
It is also possible to scan antique sculptures and to reconstruct damaged artwork.
