VIROwsi - 2D and 3D weld seam inspection
Fully automated, time-saving and cost-efficient seam inspection - this is what characterizes the weld seam inspection system VIROwsi.
The unique optical inspection system reliably and objectively inspects 100 percent of the components produced for various quality criteria and therefore significantly contributes to qualitative improvements.
The newly developed system generation with combined 2D and 3D machine vision now also makes it possible to reliably inspect highly reflective materials and extremely flat weld seams. The optimized and more slender design simplifies the integration into the production sequence.
Recorded quality
VIROwsi proves to be highly robust, namely also in harsh welding environments. All inspection results are stored and directly incorporated into a protocol. The product quality therefore is flawlessly and seamlessly documented.
Field-tested operating concept
The graphical user interface of the inspection system provides a clear visualization of the inspection results: VIROwsi classifies the defects and displays the position and the type of defect in detail.
